At Degenerate Dept, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Limited Items vs. Pre-Order Items
Limited Items (Ready-to-Ship)
Some limited products are pre-made and in stock, which allows them to ship faster than standard items.
Processing time for ready-to-ship items:
- 1–3 business days
- Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout
Orders containing only ready-to-ship items will be shipped sooner.
Pre-Order Items (Made-to-Order)
Certain products are offered as pre-orders and require additional production time.
Pre-order timeline:
- Production: 7–14 business days
- Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.) after production is completed
If an order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
Order Processing Time
Standard (non-pre-order) orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods or new drops, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)
Estimated delivery after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
All shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Customs processing may delay delivery beyond our control.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
Degenerate Dept is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Deliveries made to the wrong address due to customer error
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will be required.
Refunds will not be issued for orders placed with an incorrect address.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Degenerate Dept is no longer responsible for the package.
We are not liable for:
- Stolen packages
- Lost packages
- Misdelivered packages
- Carrier delays or errors
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims or investigations.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or delivered to an incorrect address will require a reshipping fee.
If the customer chooses not to reship the package, the order is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Degenerate Dept.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace items that were damaged or incorrect due to our error.
